Dover Birch commissioned West Hatten Creative to develop a series of flyers to market new commercial listings in downtown Kalamazoo and Vicksburg. In addition to the primary listing information, Dover Birch needed a simple map that showed the listing location in relation to the surrounding community.

The final flyer designs have a modern, professional appearance and communicates all the necessary information without visual overwhelm. Additionally, a QR code linked to the full listing was added to each flyer, making it easier for buyers to take the next step.
